Christmas Decorating

Kyler helped me decorate our family Christmas tree (It was quite a challenge). Our tree is so beautiful! I'm sad that the picture doesn't do it justice.

This is Kyler's very own tree. Lets just say it's unique with a lot of character! We had a problem with keeping the ornaments ON the the tree. So it looks a little rugged but thats okay.

Thanksgiving

Blake, Kyler, and I went to Tulsa to spend Thanksgiving with my family. I didn't realize how grazing all day and watching football can be so tiring! We did go outside to get a change of scenery but it was so cold. So we started up the fire pit and made smores. I hadn't ever had one because I don't like graham crackers. I can now say I've had one...they're not that good.

Josh, Katie, Riley, Kaden, and Kyler hanging out. Kyler couldn't stop giving the boys hugs and kisses!

Kyler's Party

Kyler's party went very well. We were so glad to see all of our family and friends that came to celebrate! Kyler had tons of presents but wasn't too interested in opening them. She either wanted to sit on the present or crawl off with the tissue paper. It was really hard to get any good pictures of her because she had her back facing everyone. All in all, she loved the gifts, the people, and most of all the cake!!

Kyler's 1st Show Stick

Blake's special birthday prestent to Kyler was her very first show stick. It's the perfect size for her. He's wanting to train her early because she'll be showing before we know it. It'll be so fun to see her follow in her daddy's footsteps! Plus, she'll be cutest one out there in the little pig showin' attire!!

Kyler's 1st Birthday!!

Happy Birthday Kyler!! Kyler was born on November 13, 2006 at 1:24pm. I can remember the Dr. handing her to me and seeing her face for the very first time like it was yesterday. My life has never been the same since! I can't believe how fast the year has gone by. On her birthday, I watched all of the video that I had of her since she was born. It was fun to watch her change so quickly from month to month. I love her so much and can't wait to see what this next year has to bring!

The morning of the birthday we went to Kindermusic for the first time. She loved it!! We sang songs, waved scarves in the air, and played with musical instruments. I really enjoyed watching Kyler interact with babies her age...and she loved it too!

YUMMY!

She loves this baby!!

Vanatsky's Visit Blackwell

The Vanatsky's came from Ohio to visit Oklahoma. We had such a good time catching up. We had a picnic out at "Green Acres" (Blake's grandparents land), went to the park, and ate yummy ribs at our favorite place in Ponca City! Can't wait to see them again in December!

Kyler at the park...she loves to put the leaves in her mouth.

Jack and Jake were so hot out at Green Acres that they decided to take their clothes off. One of the perks of being out in the country!

Look how beautiful it is out there!

Aunt Sandy and Kyler

Katie is so good with Kyler.

Halloween

Kyler's 1st Halloween. I'll post more pictures when I get them. My mother-in-law took them with her camera. She's a cutie!

My niece Adyson was Snow White. She wouldn't hold the apple.

This is Kali. She's my in-law's dog. Kali is so sweet and cuddly.

October Fun

She is out cold. I always think it's funny when she plays herself to sleep! Fall is my favorite time of year. There's so much to do and everything's so beautiful with the color changes. We've had a lot of fun this month with pumpkin patches, reunions, OSU games, and Halloween. Kyler has also become more independent. She's quite the explorer. I never know where I'm going to find her next!

Kyler's checking out my carved pumpkin. She was very interested in the texture.
Blake and his intense carving skills! His looked really good. I'm sad I didn't take pictures of them finished.
Kyler got ahold of the cheerio box. That child stuffs those in her mouth like there's no tomorrow!

She loves to get in and out of baskets and drawers.

Like I said, she loves to get in and out of stuff.

My little pumpkin Kyler and her little pumpkin.

My little explorer.

She loves our boxer Booker. She's always climbing on him and giving him hugs. He's so good with her. Our basset Bentley on the other hand, runs from her.

Once again, she's in the drawer.

Folks Family Reunion

My family had the 1st Annual Fulks Family Reunion Oct. 28th. To make it fun, all the kids came in their Halloween costumes. Each family was in charge of coming up with a station with a game or activity for the kids. It was kind of a mini carnival. We had Jupiter Jumps, blow up slides, a fire pit for smores, and even a photographer to take pictures throughout the day. It was so fun! Blake and I even had a wrestling match in the Jupiter Jump. Everyone loved it especially the kids! Looking forward to next year!
