Schwart's Wedding

August 11, 2007 Willie and Carrie's wedding. We traveled up to Kiowa, Kansas...a very small town. We stayed with the Fenderson's and had the opportunity to try Mrs. Fenderson's famous blackberry pie. It was delish! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Schwarts!

Trojan Wedding

August 3, 2007 Ryan and Kaci's wedding. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a blast! After the reception, everyone went to the Wormy Dog to continue the party...including the newlyweds. Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Trojan!

Groovies

Blake and I had our first night out in the big OKC. We went to Iron Star for Dinner and then to a dance club that plays only 70's and 80's music called Groovies. We gathered with a bunch of our new friends and had a blast!!

Tampa Visitors

Kyler and I really enjoyed hanging out with Nani, Hannah, and the Philkoff bunch for a whole week. We are looking forward to seeing them next year!

Luau

July 14th Nani and Hannah came to Oklahoma for a week long visit. During their stay, Hannah had her 7th birthday. We threw a Hawaiian themed party for her at our house in Edmond. We cooked out in the back and had cake and ice cream too!

For the luau, we had Hawiian music playing, coconut bowling and leis to wear. The two little also had grass skirts to dance in!

4th of July

For the 4th of July we took a family trip to Red River, New Mexico. We stayed near Sara and RC's cabin which was absolutely beautiful! During our stay we went to the 4th of July parade, fire work display at Eagles Nest, jeeping in the mountains, hiking, horse back riding, Cowboy evening where we enjoyed great food and live entertainment, and river rafting. We had so much fun and can't wait to back next year!

All the kids lined up and ready to catch candy!

6 months old

These pictures were Kyler's 6 month pictures. They were taken in June at Ponca Lake in Ponca City,Ok. It was her first experience in the grass and wouldn't smile at all which was extremely frustrating!

Father's Day

For our Father's Day weekend...Friday we went to Grand Lake to celebrate with Blake's family. Saturday we were out on the water all day long and then had a cookout for dinner. Kyler isn't real crazy about her unibomber but she loves the boat and the sound of the water. She takes her best naps on our long boat rides!

On Sunday, we were in Tulsa to visit with my family. We went to church at Jenks First Baptist which Blake then won the award for the newest dad! What's so funny is that earlier that week Blake had asked if they do that contest for Father's day. He had a feeling he might be the newest dad and he didn't want to walk infront of the church...I told him that they never do. Well, sure enough, they had the contest and he won. He was so embarrassed!!
